Service-Level Disclaimer

This Service-Level Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) forms an integral part of the service agreement between Your Sellers Buddy (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and the Client (“you”).

1. NO SALES OR ROI GUARANTEE

1.1  The Company does not guarantee: – Sales volume or revenue – Profit margins – Return on Investment (ROI) – Product ranking or visibility – Account growth or performance metrics
1.2  All projections, estimates, or past performance references are illustrative only and shall not be treated as guarantees.

2. DEPENDENCY ON EXTERNAL FACTORS

2.1  E-commerce performance depends on factors beyond Company control, including but not limited to: – Marketplace algorithms and policy changes – Competition pricing and discounting – Product demand, seasonality, and trends – Inventory availability and fulfillment efficiency – Customer behavior and reviews
2.2  Any adverse impact due to these factors shall not be attributed to the Company.

3. MARKETPLACE CONTROL DISCLAIMER

3.1  Marketplaces operate independently and may: – Suspend or terminate seller accounts – Remove listings or brands – Change commission, logistics, or ad policies
3.2  The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from marketplace actions.

4. ADVERTISING & CAMPAIGN DISCLAIMER

4.1  Advertising budgets are controlled by the Client.
4.2  The Company is not responsible for: – Ad spend losses – Low conversion rates – Increased CPC or CPA – Platform-driven ad inefficiencies

5. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

5.1  The Client is solely responsible for: – Product quality and compliance – Pricing, discounts, and margins – Inventory management and logistics – Handling customer complaints, returns, and refunds

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1  The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
6.2  Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable to issue any refund. If liability is established, it shall be limited solely to corrective service support, and in no event shall exceed the fees paid for the specific service in dispute.

7. ACCEPTANCE

By engaging the Company’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Disclaimer in full.

CRITICAL NOTICE: Disputes based on sales expectations, ROI assumptions, or marketplace behavior shall not be considered valid claims against the Company.
